PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CONSULTANTS

PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CONSULTANTS FOR PLANNING / DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION OF VARIOUS OPF PROJECTS

Overseas Pakistan is Foundation (OPF) intends to undertake the construction of following projects in various cities of the country.

i. OPF Boys and Girls Schools with hostel facilities at Mirpur AJK.

ii. OPF Boys and Girls Schools at Lahore.

iii. OPF Schools at Nawabshah, Jocodabad, Gawadar, Nowshera, Attock and FATA.

IV. OPF Medical college at Mirpur AJK.

Applications are invited from the reputed consultancy firms for pre-qualification for planning / designing and construction supervision of the above mentioned projects. The consultants will also be required to prepare tender documents, cost estimates / BOQ and specifications.

The consultancy firms interested in the assignments with experience of similar nature of works may apply for pre-qualification containing the following information / particulars duly supported with necessary documents.

a.  Name of firm, address of the registered office with telephone and fax numbers and E-mail address including organization chart showing management structure.

b. Memorandum and Articles of Association of the firm.

c. Proof of valid registration of Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2008.

d. Personnel details / bio-data of qualified technical personnel on the pay rool of the firm.

e. Details of similar assignments carried out during the last 10 years and similar assignments in-hand duly supported with documentary evidence.

f. List and cost of projects being supervised and indicating the name of client and scope of work.

g. List of related engineering software and necessary equipments.

h.   An undertaking by the consultants / firms to the effect that '' Neither the firm / consultants nor its Directors / Stakeholders, as a whole or as a part, of the firm have ever been black listed / defaulted with any government agency / department / organization and also that the information supplied by the consultan / firm is correct''.

i. Certificate / affidavit that firm is not in litigation with any client.

j. NTN Certificate.

The consultants / firms full-filling the above requirements should send their applications with above particulars / information to the undersigned within 15 days of the appearance of this advertisement. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. OPF reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject any stage concealment / distortion of fact is detected it would be sufficient cause to reject the application (s) for pre-qualification.
