The company is a leading worldwide manufacturer of mechanized irrigation equipment. We are looking for a
TERRITORY SALES MANAGER
Based in Pakistan that would report directly to the company's Middle East headquarters in Dubai
.The main responsibilities would be:
- Co-operate together with our Pakistani distributor in order to facilitate the information flow with our Middle-East operations
- Support actively the dealer in promoting our equipment within the farmer community, and achieve the sales objectives for the area.
- Communicate with Middle-East o0perations regarding market concerns and customer issues to support profitable growth of the business.
EDUCATION Ideally, the candidate would be an agricultural engineer with MBA (LUMS, IBA, Quaid-i-Azam, NUST or FAST) and/or a minimum of 5 years experience in the field of agricultural engineering or irrigation.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong business acumen
- Demonstrated successful sales experience preferably in the agribusiness industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of dealers/merchants/ alliance and products.
- Knowledge of irrigation industry appropriate for area of responsibility (markets, products, competitors, customers, distribution trends) would be considered an advantage.
- Must be willing to travel within territory on a regular basis with a minimum 50% overnight expected.
