Invitation for  Expression of Interest

Under the Activity Based Capacity Development Project (ABCD), Pakistan Environmental Protection Agency intends to initiate a nation wide campaign to discourage production and use of non-degradable shopping bags.  Companies/firms having proven technologies of degradable plastic bags and willing to demonstrate the technology may submit proposals having both technical and financial details. The ABCD project will review proposals on merit to demonstrate the technology. The proposals should reach this office within 15 days of this advertisement.

Confidentiality of the proposals will be strictly maintained.
