Contractors for Construction

of Buildings on Design Built Basis

Capital Development Authority intends to construct Various Types of Buildings on Design Built Basis.

Applications are invited for pre-qualification of contractors having experience of carrying out similar nature of jobs successfully. The interested Contractors are required to submit their applications with the following information:

1. Name of the firm and full address giving telephone/fax number and email address etc.
2. Type of firm such as Partnership, Pvt. Limited Company or joint Ventures Company.
3. Certificate of Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council.
4. List of permanent Professional Staff for Construction along with CVs of relevant core staff showing project wise experience.
5. List of similar works completed during last five years and similar works in hand including total cost of the projects.
6. A Certificate/Affidavit that the firm is not black listed by any Govt./Authority and is not involved in litigation with any Govt. Department / Autonomous Body/C.D.A.
7. List of Tools and Plants, with its present location.
8. Certificate of Satisfactory Performance of Completed/on going works from respective clients.
9. Registration Number with Income Tax Department.
10. Certificate from the Bank showing financial worth of the Contractor to be directly addressed to the Undersigned.

The Applications complete in all respects should reach the Director Project Management Capital Development Authority at the following address latest by June 28, 2008. The sealed envelope must contain title "Pre-Qualification of Contractors". The Capital Development Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason what so ever.
