Education Specialists, RTI International

RTI ( www.rti.org ) is an international , independent not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving the human conditions through multidisciplinary technical assistance, training and research services. We are seeking qualified, Education specialists for long term senior positions on forthcoming Educational Development programs. We are recruiting for the following positions, Deputy Director, Finance Manager, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialists, Teacher Training Specialists, and Education Management and Governance, and School Management and Grants Specialists.

Ideally qualified candidates should have:

• An advanced degree in education, public administration, public policy, international development or a related field.

• Minimum seven years experience as relevant sector specialists and/or senior managements.

• Knowledge and familiarity with USAID and/or DFID management policies, procedures, regulations and reporting requirements.

• Strong leadership and management skills.

• Written and spoken fluency in English and Urdu, with Pashto and Sindhi a plus.
