IESCO PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS

Applications for Pre-qualification are invited from interested contractors to under take Construction of 50 Beds Wapda Hospital Sector H-8, Islamabad.

Interested firms with vast experience in the relevant area and excellent internal resources may apply as individual firms / group alongwith necessary particulars. Applications must reach in the O/O Chief Engineer/Operations Director, IESCO, Street No 40, Sector G-7/4, Islamabad on or before 03-07-2008. Following detail may be provided alongwith the applications.

1. Full name of Company & Permanent Address.

2. Detailed status of the firm (Civil Proprietorship, Partnership or Limited Company) certified by Registrar / Concerned Authority.

3. Complete information regarding Bio-data/qualification/experience of the key personnel of the firm.

4. Following detail of Housing and infrastructural Projects completed over the last 5 years with photograph / brochures and documentary proof. (i) Detail of projects (multi-storied, high rise buildings or Hospitals) alongwith total covered area and cost of project.

5. Details of the plants, machinery, equipment tools and transport owned by the company.

6. Certified proof of financial soundness.

7. Copy of NTN certificate and assessment certificate issued by the income Tax Department for the last 3 years.

8. Audited balance sheet for the last 3 years alongwith annual turnover of the company for the last 5 years.

9. Undertaking that the firm has never been blacklisted by any Government/Semi Govt. / attached department / autonomous boy etc.

10. Undertaking that the firm has never been involved in any litigation or details if otherwise.

11. Copy of valid Registration Certificate (s) by the PEC.

12. Performance certificate from the client for whom similar services have been rendered.

13. All the information rendered should be supported by relevant documents, letters and certificates etc. Any information provided without required documents shall not be considered for evaluation. Evaluation of received applications shall be done in accordance with the specified guidelines of PEC for pre-qualification of Contractors.

The department may reject any or all bids/proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid/proposal without rendering any justification.
