Eligibility Criteria:

Senior Management HR positions:

• Experience of at least 8 year of having worked in an HR function in a sizoable organization.

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or public administration , Specialization in HR would be an added advantage.

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, energetic with excellent interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills

• Highest level of confidentiality, integrity and professional ethics

• Fully familiar with Microsoft Office

• Proficiency in written and spoken English

• Not over 42 years of age

Middle Management HR positions:

• Experience of at least 3 years of having worked in an HR function

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or public administration.

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic energetic with excellent interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills

• Highest level of confidentiality, integrity and professional ethics

• Fully familiar with Microsoft Office

• Proficiency in written and spoken English

• Not over 32 years of age
