TENDER NOTICE

DIESEL GENERATOR

A 250 KVA diesel generator is required for our office. Interested firms/companies meeting the following criteria may apply with complete details of the firm, its directors, technical staff, manufacturing facility, collaboration if any, experience and details of previous works alongwith following information:

• Company Profile.

• Clients list and details of related works in hand.

• Details of effective maintenance contracts of diesel generators of 250 KVA.

• Copy of sole dealership certificate from original equipment manufacturer (OEM).

• Income tax number and registration with Director of Sales Tax, in case of local firms/ distributors.

Income Tax and other government taxes will be deducted at source as admissible under the Government rules. Successful bidders will have to produce sales tax invoice of the goods procured.

Tenders in sealed envelope alongwith 2% of the total quoted amount as earnest money (refundable) in the form of a pay order/DD in favour of "Private Power and Infrastructure Board" should reach this office by 15th July, 2008 by 1500 hours, which will be opened on the same day at 1530 hours in the presence of the bidders.
