COMPANY SECRETARY REQUIRED

The Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) requires the services of a high caliber professional with proven track record to assume the role of Company Secretary.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Qualified Lawyer not more than 40 years of age.

• Incumbent should have at least 5 to 10 years of experience of handling corporate affairs of a renowned preferably listed company.

• Familiarity with compliance of Company law, Listing requirements including Code of Corporate Governance and all related activities etc.

• Some experience is providing legal service would be advantageous.

• In case of exceptional talent, the ISE may relax any of the above motioned qualification criterion.

SKILLS & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

The ideal candidate should have strong drafting, negotiating and client communication skills besides being able to work independently with clear focus of the company's strategic initiatives and the requirements for regulatory reporting / supervision.
