Regional Program Manager - Bagh

CNFA, Inc. (CNFA) a US based non-profit, international development organization is implementing a three year USAID funded "Improving Livelihood and Enterprise Development (I-LED) program in earth quake affected areas of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. I-LED works across public, private, NGOs and farming sector. I-LED is seeking following professional staff for Bagh AJ&K.

Regional Program Manager - Bagh

RPM will ensure timely implementation of all planned program activities in the region and programmatic cohesion between the Value Chain, LED and Training elements of the Program.

  • Obtains the data from regional offices and discuss strategies of implementation of the same with the regional office staff.
  • Conduct regular regional coordination meetings and ensure that all the USAID and other official(s) visits are properly organized and are successful.
  • Supervise and guide the fields teams to maintain a clear and mature communication with communities thereby ensuring a positive image of CNFA/I-LED among the target communities.
  • Submit bi-weekly report to the Program Director highlighting the security situation, coordination with local NGOs and the district government.
  • RPM will Coordinate that the reports prepared by the M&E are accurate and are timely submitted and will assist regional M&E in sample monitoring visit(s).
  • Play an effective and proactive role in managing community expectation resolving any conflicts arising within target communities or staff.
  • Supervises the activities of the CPI and Livestock Shelter Construction and associated HR, design and implementation tasks.
