Sealed bids are invited by Higher Education Commission from reputed suppliers / firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments for the Microsoft server & client software, Antivirus, NMS, adobe etc.

Interested bidders may obtain detailed RFP / Tender Document on payment of Rs.250/- (non refundable) from the office of the Finance Division, HEC on any working day. Last date for submission of the Tender is 22nd July 2008, at 1500 hours. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 1530 hours in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend. Bid Security 2% of the tender amount (refundable) in the shape of Bank Draft / Pay Order / Bank Guarantee in favour of D.G (Finance), HEC must be attached with the Bid. HEC reserves the right or accept / reject any bid wholly or partially at any stage with out assigning any reason.
