Office
Coordinator Programme Implementation
This position is responsible to lead and
communicate country programme planning and development, with, and through a team
of professionals in various projects spread over the country. The successful
candidate will have at least 10 years of programme management and development
experience. International experience will be preferred. A degree in natural
resource management; experience of working with donors/fund raising and with
multi-stakeholder programmes is essential. Local and foreign nationals with
requisite experience are encouraged to apply.
Natural Resource Management (NRM)
Coordinator
The position will be responsible to
develop, coordinate and implement our NRM programme, with focus on coastal and
marine ecosystems. S/he will possess at least a master's degree in any related
NRM field an be up to date with new developments regionally and field. The
successful candidate will have at least 7 years experience in the related field.
Climate Change Coordinator
The position will be responsible to
conceive, develop and coordinate our programme on climate change. The successful
candidate should have a master's degree in environmental sciences; with at least
7 years experience in the field of environment, of which at least 2 years should
be in climate change issues.
Coordinator Communications and Outreach
This position will be responsible for
developing and implementing IUCNP's communications strategy. This includes the
management of the IUCNP brand, interaction with print and electronic media,
management of web based assets, and working with regional and global
communications teams. The successful candidates will have a master's degree in
Social / Mass Communication/ Media Studies/ Journalism with at least 7 years
experience in related fields.
Editor
The position will be responsible for
reviewing and editing content and language of all products of IUCNP. The
incumbent will have a degree in journalism and an experience of editing for at
least 7 years.
