As part of our huge expansion programme, Emaar Pakistan requires the services of a high-calibre professional as a Business Analyst.

Profile
The ideal candidate for this position will be able to generate profits for Emaar Pakistan by producing pricing proposals for residential and commercial development projects that reflects an understanding of the market place and the business objectives of the organization. Must have strong understanding to analyse key data (both internal and external), make observations, and report findings to Management.

The specific responsibilities of the job holder will include but not limited to the following:

• Pricing of units on the basis of market information and feasibility results.
• Conduct feasibility studies, research, compile market intelligence, produce detailed analysis of key competitor projects, and present findings as and when required.
• Review prices.
• Liaise with research consultants to ensure that all reports meet the research requirements.
• Compile market intelligence by monitoring the release of projects by competitors and gathering data from various sources (publications, sales centres, etc).
• Prepare periodic competition reports highlighting new projects released by competition and any new information on existing projects that become available during that period.
• Supports Development with project feasibilities by reviewing the assumptions and financial component of each project before approval by Executive Management.

Qualifications & Experience (Competencies Require)

• CA/ CFA/ Masters' degree in Business Administration from a renowned university of Pakistan or abroad.
• Minimum 5-6 years experience in a strategic/ analytical role.
• Candidate must be comfortable working with numbers and able to perform different types of analysis.
• Previous experience of working in financial institution/banks or real estate sector or multinational organization in similar capacity is highly desirable.
