ISLAMABAD BHPB EXTERNAL AFFAIRS ADVISOR

This is an Islamabad based position reporting to the External Affairs and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include undertaking research, analysis, project planning and implementation across the range of external affairs activities including such as issues management organization reputation, stakeholders relations and emergency response; ensure appropriate level of communication with key stakeholders to ensure stakeholders have a good understanding of BHP Billiton's business; monitor media for developing trends relevant to the company's business including competitor activities and issues likely to affect reputation. Where required, make recommendations regarding appropriate media response ; develop and implement internal communication for BHPB Pakistan and globally.

Degree in Social Sciences; minimum of 10 years relevant working experience; fluent in English and Urdu; Sindhi will be considered as an advantage.
