QUALIFICATIONS:

CPA/CCA accreditation.

Additional advantage MBA Finance or Master.

WORKING EXPERIENCE AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Conduct Feasibility Studies.
• Experience in IPO
• Bonds, Loans restructuring
• ERP Solution
• Equity & Emerging Markets
• Cost Accounting and Management Accounting
• Minimum 8-10 years experience

Prior experience with the any of the following Audit Companies PWHC, Earnest & Young, Deloitte, KPMG.

The successful candidate shall be required to manage and oversee a number of on going projects and shall be responsible for the management of the corporation and meeting board-established benchmarks for shareholder value, long term revenue growth, profitability, risk management, return on invested capital and other financial and qualitative objectives.

The ideal candidate must have an excellent command of the English language; other languages are a plus, a driver's license and the ability to travel.
