An entity flanked by Shifa Foundation; Shifa College of Medicine and Nursing, SIH is looking for a dynamic, highly experienced, team-oriented and quality-focused Nursing Executive to assume the role of Chief of Nursing.

The Chief of Nursing (CON) will be responsible for

1. Reorienting the vision and setting up goals and objectives for the Nursing Department.

2. Establishing a working relationship with divisions, diagnostic and support services in order to enhance quality patient care.

3. Organizing the services of the Nursing Department in an efficient and effective manner.

4. Developing/reviewing policies, and developing new standards and procedures for the Nursing Department.

5. Encouraging the implementation of research-based knowledge and activities.

6. Working closely with the medical staff and college of Nursing.

Requirements

1. At least B.Sc. Nursing (M.Sc Nursing would be given preference).

2. 10-12 years experience in a similar organization.

3. Having progressive leadership qualities and competency.

4. Having clinical and management  experience.

5. Demonstrates behaviors consistent with our values, management expectations and performance standards.
