Skat Consulting is a leading Swiss consultancy firm, working internationally in development co-operation, and specialising in technical and economic aspects of infrastructure, building material production, sustainable building and settlement development. Skat carries out a technology transfer project in Pakistan with financial assistance of Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), on Energy Efficient Brick Production (EEBP) with the aim to support investing entrepreneurs in design, construction and operation of modern brick production units and in conducting market research and technical development activities as well as environmental impact studies.
For establishment of its new office in Rawalpindi/Islamabad and leading the project team the project needs the services of a highly motivated, experience National Project Director with the following professional background:

• Master level qualification in business administration, architecture, or related field
• Proven leadership and negotiation skills as well as above-average personal commitment
• Atleast 10 years of working experience in project management preferably in international projects in a similar position
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Urdu, Pashto would be an asset
• Excellent written and oral communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to workunder difficult political and social circumstance;
• Proven ability in to plan and meet deadlines
• Computer skills
