Pak Telecom Mobile Limited (PTML), Ufone a subsidiary of PTCL and a leading GSM service provider in Pakistan, intends to upgrade its Billing (billing, rating System) and procure Interconnect Billing and Revenue Assurance Systems at Islamabad.

PTML invites renowned companies / suppliers to participate in the pre-qualification process for these projects. Interested parties may collect the "Pre-qualification" Package, from the undersigned during working hours before April 10th 2007,or download it from PTML website "http://www.ufonegsm.com"

The last date for receipt of the information at the below mentioned office as specified / required under the above-mentioned package is before 1600 hours on April 13th 2007. Any document (s) received after the due date and/or mentioned above time shall not be considered and shall be rejected.

PTML reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, annul the process or reject all proposals without assigning any reason or giving any explanation whatsoever. PTML shall not be liable for any expense or damages arising out of or relating to the preparation or submission of any document to PTML. The decision of PTML as communicated by the undersigned shall be final, binding and conclusive and shall not be challenged on any ground whatsoever.
