1. COMSATS Institute of Information Technology (CIIT) invites applications for pre-qualification of firms of sound standing for rendering consultancy services in connection with the establishment of the permanent campus for the CIIT Wah comprising academic buildings, administration buildings, and other ancillary buildings including land and infrastructure development. Interested firms are required to submit their applications alongwith the following information:

• Name and address of company and branch offices (if any)
• Status of the firm (i-e Proprietorship, Partnership or a Limited Company).
• Certified copies of registration/partnership deed and Articles and Memorandum of Association of the firm.
• Organizational set-up and list of technical staff alongwith their qualifications and experience in the permenent employment of the firm.
• List of works of educational nature completed during last 5 years indicating their scope/cost and names of clients (along with performance certificates).
• List of similar works in hand indicating their scope/cost and names of clients.
• Registration with Income Tax Department with NTN.
• An affidavit to the effect that the firm has not been blacklisted by any Government/Autonomous agency.
• Details of litigation and arbitration cases, if any, in which the firm has been involved during any work.
• Particulars of key personnel and associates of Architectural, Structural and Services etc, to be engaged for this particular work.
• Bankers certificate regarding financial standing.
• Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council with updated renewal thereof.
• Registration with Pakistan Council for Architects & Town Planners with updated renewal thereof.
• Any other information/document considered necessary for pre-qualification.

2) Applications along with the above mentioned information, brochure and technical literature should reach the undersigned latest by May 18, 2007 (Friday).

3) The CIIT reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.
