DFID Department for International Development, TENDER NOTICE

The Department for International Development is seeking a firm to provide Technical Assistance (TA) to the Government of Punjab's (Go Punjab) Public Resource Management Programme (PRMP).  The purpose of the TA is to support the provincial government in implementing its reforms agenda through improved resource management.  The TA management team will be located within the existing PRMP Unit with consultants embedded in various line departments helping to develop and institutionalise reforms related to improving quality and availability of key statistical data, financial management, governance  and supporting private sector development.  The TA team will also be responsible for the management of a policy development fund and, through the provision of quality long and short term consultants, will need to be able to respond to new priorities identified through the fund.  DFID support will focus on building capacity of the partner agencies to ensure the reforms and interventions are sustained.  Further details and application forms can be obtained from the following website:
