DTCE External program audit

Devolution Trust for Community Empowerment (DTCE) is a registered entity which aims at creating an enabling environment for citizen participation and community empowerment in Pakistan.  DTCE has been funded by a consortium of donors under the umbrella of UNDP Support NEX Project "Support to DICE".  Details can be found atwww.dtce.org.pk

Devolution Trust for Community Empowerment (DTCE) invites technical and financial proposals from interested organizations to award a contract for its External Program Audit as per Terms of Reference (TOR) given in the RFP.

The proposal document "Request for Proposal for DTCE External Program Audit" is available at UNDP website www.un.org.pk/undp  and DTCE website www.dtce.org.pk in order to support the RFP submission. DTCE will organize a Pre-Bid Conference on May 08, 2007 at 10:00 hrs at DICE Office Islamabad.  The Offeror may join this meeting to obtain further information about the program audit (if required) .
