From International Consulting Firms

1. Ministry of Railways (MoR), Government of Pakistan, has been sanctioned a portion of ADB Technical Assistance Loan 2178-PAK (SF) for carrying out the following:

    (a) Feasibility Study for Electrification versus Diesel Traction over Pakistan Railways and

    (b) Assist MoR in Corporatization of Manufacturing Units into New Separate Entities.

2. Expression of Interest (EOI) is invited from international consulting firms in association with local consultants on the ADB prescribed specimen SEPARATELY for the two assignments.

3. The objective of inviting EOI is to carry out short listing of suitable consulting firms/joint ventures SEPARATELY  for the two assignments who shall subsequently be invited to submit detailed proposals as per ADB Guidelines in response to our RFP. EOI by the Consulting Firms with essential details including company profile, legal status, proof of existence at least for five years, sector related and project related experience, summary statements of recent project experience, proof of financial health, organogram, list of permanent staff showing their capability, brief profile of selected key relevant experts etc. should reach the Project Director (PMU) MoR Carriage Factory,
