Expression Of Interest

In the frame of upcoming elections, UNDP Pakistan is calling for Expression of Interest (EOI) for the software development and data entry, Software module includes the development of database software related to the training of Polling Officials and other like areas, with the capacity of data entry.

UNDP Pakistan invites qualified potential organizations for EOI in the mentioned areas. Expression of interest should specify UNDP File Ref: SNEP/SW/01 and must be received by UNDP Office, no later than 14th May 2007.

It should be noted that UNDP is not obliged to invite to participate in the subsequent bidding process any particular organization who had expressed expression of interest in this project.

The bidding document will only be sent to pre-qualified organizations.

Interested potential organizations should forward their expression of interest including the documentation.

• Profile of the organization

• Organizational Capacity of efficient development of database software.

• Organizational Capacity of data entry and relevant experience.

• Brief detail of projects done related to software development and data entry.

• Contact details of the person to whom the bidding documents must be sent.

• Quality Assurance certificates held by the organization.

• Financial reports of the last three years demonstrating the financial soundness of the organization.

Invitations to bid and any contracts will be issued in accordance with UNDP rules regulations. Interested potential organizations should forward their expression of interest with the relevant documentation addressed as:
