Civil Society Human and Institutional Development Programme (CHIP) is seeking qualified and experienced applicants to fill the following position based at Islamabad.

Post No. Of Posts:    Manager Projects (Two - 2)

Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in the following Development Work Development Research Project Management Report Writing.

Required Skill Set: The required skill set includes: Concept Analysis, Project and Operational Planning, Project Management, Setting up Monitoring and Evaluation System, Writing Learning and Technical Report, Developing Promotional Material, Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Core Responsibilities: Manage at least 3 to 4 projects depending upon scale and financial volume.

Language: Excellent comprehending, writing, speaking, reading English and Urdu languages.

Value Addition: Experience of working with special people especially people with blindness, Competency in using computer, knowledge of regional languages.

Health: Mentally and physically fit for working under pressure and extensive travel.

Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively for project management including technical support, review, monitoring and to project sites.

Age: 25-45 years
