Land Lease - EOI

LEASING LAND FOR CONSTRUCTION OF GYMNASIUMS in Islamabad (on BOT basis)

CDA invites Expression of Interest from local and international firms preferably with experience in similar projects i.e. construction of gymnasiums at the following locations:

1. Street No. 73, Sector F-11/1

2. Street No. 13-b, South of Community Centre, Sector G-9/2

3. Along Service Road East, Sector I-9/4

4. Along Service Road East, Sector I-10/4

Mode of Disposal: All the sites would be available on lease originally for a period of 20 years (on BOT basis).

Interested parties are requested to send the particulars for evaluation within 30 days.
