INVITATION OF APPLICATIONS FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR CERTIFICATION IN SA 8000 STANDARD

Ministry of Commerce has launched a project for Adoption of Social Accountability Standard (SA-8000). The project will be implemented on cost sharing basis. The Ministry of Commerce will reimburse fifty percent (50%) or rupees four hundred thousand (Rs. 0.40 Millions) whichever is less for consultancy and certification. Applications are invited from Pakistani manufacturers/exporters for certification in SA-8000 on prescribed form within one month of publication of this advertisement.
