PRE-QUALIFICATION NOTICE FOR ENVIRONMENT IMPACT ASSESSMENT (EIA) CONSULTANTS

Applications for Pre-qualification are invited from well established and reputed firms who have hands on experience of conducting Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) of multi-storey buildings in accordance with EIA Regulations, 2000 under clause 12 of Pakistan Environmental Protection Act, 1997.

Applications are required to be submitted to the undersigned with following supporting documents:

1. Full Name, Permanent Address, Telephone & Fax Numbers, Email & Organization Structure.

2. Number of Directors / Partners their names qualification & experience.

3. Bio data of the technical staff permanently employed.

4. Detail of EIA conducted for multi-storey buildings during the last three years.

5. List, Scope, Approximate Cost, and completion time of work in hand.

6. Present work and major commitments.

7. List of past and present arbitration / dispute(s) with client.

8. Income registration and clearance certification for the last 3 years.

9. Affidavit that the firm has not been black listed by any Government / Semi-Government Autonomous body.

10. Additional information that the applicant might like to furnish in support of its eminence.
