Capital Development Authority invites qualification documents from companies / consortia that have prior experience in managing and operating similar projects for the construction of 5-Star Hotel on plot of land on Nazim-ud-Din Road sector F-7, Blue Area with the following particulars:

Location: Plot No. 63-F, Nazim-ud-Din Road Blue Area, sector F-7

Size: 1.58 Acres (69,000 sq. ft.)

Mode of Disposal: Through open auction between pre-qualified parties

Lease: 33 years further extendable for a further period of two similar terms.

Franchise: Franchise Agreement with world class 5-Star chain a pre-requisite.
