AGRICULTURAL LAND REQUIRED

Pakistan Council of Research in Water Resources (PCRWR) Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of Pakistan intends to acquire/purchase about 250-400 Kanals of agricultural land to establish a research station in barani (rainfed) area. The land must be easily accessible with 100 km radius from Islamabad located in Chakri/Chakwal/Balkassar area preferably along the Motorway (M-2). The land should be readily available for immediate possession with clear title/ownership record. Bidders will be entirely responsible for all registry formalities, transfer and possession of land except cost of stamp papers and government registration fee which will be borne by the PCRWR. The rates should be quoted on per kanal basis and submitted with all the verified and complete essential documents (Farde Malkiat and Shajra-i-Akas etc.) at the address given above by 31st May 2007 upto 1:00 pm. The bids will be opened on the same day at 2:00 pm.
