Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) intends to hire an HR Consultant firm to review its Services Regulations.

The Scope of Services Includes.

Analyze and review the existing PTA Services Regulations in line with modern HR Concepts, policies and procedures adopted in Corporate Culture, with a view to provide regulations and policies which are in line with HR Best Practices. The assignments is required to be completed by 30th June 2007.

Interested firms must provide all necessary information and credentials including list of clients, annual reports, highlights of similar assignments, projects undertaken as lead firm, and availability of skilled professionals among permanent / full time staff members. HR consulting firms with at least 5 years of experience will be preferred..
