The bids documents can be obtained from XEN PWD (Building Division) Muzaffarabad/Chairman Tender Evaluation Committee, New Secretariat, Muzaffarabad, during office working hours from 25.05.2007 to 12.06.2007 on submission of a written application and upon payment of non-refundable cash fee of Rs. 5000/- (Five Thousand Rupees only).

Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security 1% of total price in Pak Rs. in the shape of Deposit at call by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan, in the name of XEN (PWD) Building Division Muzaffarabad/Chairman Tender Evaluation Committee, DRU and must be delivered in office before 1130 hours. on 13.06.2007. Bids will be opened at 1200 hours on the same day in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend in the office of Executive Engineer PWD Building Division New Secretariat Muzaffarabad.

Any queries regarding the bidding document can be clarified in working hours. All taxes will be deducted as per government rules.

The competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning and reason thereof.
