TENDER NOTICE FOR

Prefabricated Office Building

The Competent forum (PSC) has approved PC-1 project for Purchase/Installation of prefabricated office building of SERRA & DRU Bagh. In this regard, a prefabricated office building (of size 1345 Sft) for SERRA office is to be procured/erected in New Secretariat Muzaffarabad.

Sealed tenders are invited from well reputed firms/companies having at least 15 years experience of prefabricated construction. Interested firms are required to offer the rates per SFT as per the specifications for prefabricated structure to the Director General, SEERA latest by 30th May, 2007 within office hours (upto 05:00 pm). The Plan and Call Deposit @ 2% of the offered price of the building must be accompanied with the bid. Crossed Cheques/Pay orders are not acceptable. Call deposit of the successful bidder will be released after 6 months of work completion. Bids will be opened in office of the Secretary/Director General, SEERA on 5th June, 2007 at 11:00 am. Attested copies of GST and Income Tax Registration Certificates must be attached with the bid, otherwise, bid will not be considered. The requisite specifications could be received from SEERA office latest by 4th June, 2007 without any cost.
