Sealed Tenders are invited from reputable firms/dealers for the supply of Branded Rack Maintainable Servers, Branded Computers, Branded Laptops, Licensed Software, Network Photocopier, Laser printers, Scanners and DVD Writers on For Islamabad basis.

1. Only firms having Direct / Authorized Distributors certificates are allowed to submit proposals carrying Authorizes Distribution Certificate, NTN Certificate and Sales Tax Registration Certificate in their own name along with pay order / demand draft for 2% of bid value as earnest money in the name of Pakistan Science Foundation, Islamabad.

2. Firms with expertise of minimum of 5 years for quoted brand eligible to apply only. A client list showing the successful execution of such projects with company profile carrying the qualification of technical of staff of the firm should be submitted along with proposals.

3. Bids in the form of sealed tenders should be submitted on or before 11th June, 2007 upto 10:30 a.m. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 11:00 a.m. in the presence of tenders or their representatives at Pakistan Science Foundation.

4. Tenders should be complete in all respects with clear indication of mode of payment, delivery schedule and price validity along with warranty and after sales service of equipments.

5. Documents carrying detailed specifications along with other terms can be obtained at any time during office hours except Sunday from the Secretary, Pakistan Science Foundation. 1-Constitutation Avenue, Sector G-5/2, Islamabad on cash payment of Rs. 50/-.

6. Contract/work will be awarded on the basis of lower cost per unit meeting technical merit and good quality suitable for successful project.

7. Advance payment will only be made against bank guarantee.
