CALL FOR BIDS

BEHAVIOR CHANGE COMMUNICATION (BCC) SERVICES DELIVERY

Technical and Financial bids are invited in separate sealed envelopes from the advertising agencies/consultancy firms having experience of developing and implementing behavior change communication messages/campaigns.

OBJECTIVES:

National Tuberculosis Control Programme, through this BCC campaign, intends to raise awareness about Tuberculosis(TB) among the masses and promote early access to treatment among target population. The campaign target audience will also include health care providers and policy makers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The major assignments of the advertising agency/consultancy firm will be:

• Producing electronic/ print media campaign

• Managing the BCC campaign on selected media

• Refine/field test and revise the IPC and IEC material

The firm will be hired for a period extending from July 2007 to 31st March 2008.

Qualification:

• Experience is required in designing/developing messages for BCC campaigns in health sector

• The agencies working with Ministry of Health and TB will be preffered.
