PRE-QUALIFICATION OF VENDORS
COMSATS: Institute of Informational Technology (CIIT) Wah Campus invites application for pre-qualification of reputed firms / vendors / manufacture for supply of following items / services during Financial Years 2007-2008
i. Stationary / Printing/ General Orders.
ii. Furniture/ fixtures new & repairs works.
iii. Computers Hardware, Software and accessories including printers UPS and networking equipment & repair / maintenance.
 iv. Office equipments and appliance including copiers ,fax machines Phones, Gas Heater Geysers etc.
v. Equipment & Components of Engineering Labs.
iv. Civil plumbing, electrical work, air-conditioning contractors & repair maintenance of campus building.
Interested vendors should submit their "Expression of Interest" along with following Information and Pay other order / bank draft/ postal order amounting to Rs. 1000/- (Non-refundable) in favour of COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, Wah campus latest by 12-06-2007
 

• Name address Phone number e-mail and Profile of the form/ Vendor.
   

• Proof of vendors registration (Copy of NTN & General Sales Tax)
   

• Evidence/ Detail of work experience during last three years.
   

• Details of reputable clients served during last two years.
   

• Performance certificate issued by reputable clients.
   

• Proof of financial soundness of the vendor in the form of Bank Statement / Certificate (latest)
   

• Proof tax paid last year.
   

• Affidavit on judicial stamp paper that the firm/ vendor currently is neither black listed nor litigation with any of its clients.
   

• Any other relevant information.
   

CIIT, Wah Campus reserves the right to accept or reject any/ all applications without assigning any reason.
