Auction Notice

Sealed Tenders are invited for the sale of the following vehicles on "as and where" basis.

Sealed Tender separately for each vehicle should reach the undersigned within 15 days from the date of printing of this advertisement.

The other conditions are:-

1. The inspection of vehicles can be made in the parking area of the University during working hours.

2. 10% of value of each vehicle as security should be submitted in the shape of Pay Order/Demand Draft in the name of Treasurer, University of Arid Agriculture, Rawalpindi.

3. Copy of the national identity card should be attached.

4. The successful bidder will have to deposit full amount along with 6% income tax, within 3 days otherwise the security forfeited.

5. The vehicle and registration documents will only be handed over on payment of full amount.

6. The competent authority has the right to reject any or all offers without assigning reason.

7. On envelope the Quotation for Vehicle No.________________ should be clearly mentioned.
