Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) is seeking proposals for the development of a state-of-the-art National IT Park on 14.49 acres of land at Islamabad on Build Operate Transfer (BOT) basis. The proposed IT Park is expected to provide 1.1 million square feet of modern office space developed on international standards for PSEB registered IT companies.

It is worth mentioning that Pakistan IT Industry has been growing at a phenomenal rate and while it is considered a premier international destination for offshore outsourcing it suffers from acute shortage of office space for its growing IT industry.

Detailed tender documents containing specifications, terms and conditions for submission of technical and financial proposals and the description of the selection process may be obtained from the office of PSEB after 9th June 2007 between the hours of 08:00 AM and 430 pm Monday through Friday upon non-refundable payments of US$ 1000/- or equivalent Pak Rupees in the shape of bank draft/pay order in favour of Pakistan Software Board. Facility for payment of tender fee through wire transfer and web download of RFP document is also available on special request. The pre-bid conference shall be held at 1000 hrs. on 10th July 2007 and all proposals must reach the undersigned by 10th August 2007.

The PSEB reserves the rights to reject any and all proposals, wholly or in part, waive and informalities or irregularities in the proposals received, and to accept any bid or part thereof deemed to be in the best interest of the PSEB.
