World Vision Pakistan (WVP) has been engaged in community development and rehabilitation since the onset of the earthquake disaster in NWFP. Staring with the emergency phase, WVP  has address the need of the affected communities through providing immediate emergency assistance. Following up on the emergency assistance , WVP has continued implementing rehabilitation project  / programs aimed at proving   the living condition of families affected by the disaster. The purpose of the consultancy is to asses the situation of the ongoing WV Pakistan projects / programs and establish performance baseline. The consultant is expected to adopt primary service is expected to be completed within 60 days from the contract is signed.
