HUMAN RESOURCE SERVICES PROCUREMENT PROJECT (HRSPP)

A public sector organization invites sealed bids from reputed and experienced local and international firms operating in Pakistan through their branch offices for "Implementation of Human Resource Services Procurement Project in Rawalpindi. Firms desirous to participate may collect tender documents by submitting a format letter and payment of non-refundable fee of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees five thousand only) as document processing fee through pay order / bank draft payable to C⁴I Directorate, GS Branch, GHQ, Rawalpindi on any working day from GHQ Reception at Gate No. 1, after coordinating details from the undersigned.

Sealed Technical and Financial Proposals are to be submitted in separate envelopes on or before 1230 PM July 17,2007. Financial bids of short listed firms after the technical evaluation would be opened before  the representatives who wish to attend financial bid opening. It may be noted that the competent authority takes no responsibility  to dispatch the tender documents to any bidder through mail/courier etc. against postal or other request.

The competent authority  reserves the right to reject any or all bids and or annul the entire bidding process any time without assigning any reason hereto.
