Details of experience in undertaking similar projects during the last 5 years.
Financial standing including audited balance sheets for last 3 years. Financially sound organizations need apply.
An attested copy of MOU signed between the companies / groups / forming the consortia.

A non-refundable submission fee of Pak Rs. 25,000/- will have to be paid in shape of Demand Draft / Pay Order in favor of CDA.
