TENDER NOTICE

PROCUREMENT OF BRANDED COMPUTERS, NOTEBOOKS, AND RACK MOUNTED SERVERS.

National Telecommunication Corporation intends to procure branded computers, notebooks & rack mounted servers. All the vendors dealing with reputable brands (Dell, HP, Compaq, Toshiba, IBM, SUN, Unisys or equivalent) are invited to participate in the tender with following conditions:

a. Detailed tender documents with technical specifications can be collected from the undersigned on any working day by depositing Rs. 500/- in the shape of Cash / Bank draft / Call deposit in favour of Chairman NTC.

b. Tender will be opened on 09 July 2007. Bids should reach the office of undersigned latest by 1100 hours which will be opened on 1130hours on the same day, in presence of firms authorized representatives who choose to attend.

c. The bidders will submit bank draft equivalent to 2% of their offer in favour of Chairman NTC as earnest money (refundable).

d. NTC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers without assigning any specific reason.
