Recruitment Executive (Islamabad)

Working closely with the Recruitment Manager, the executive will be responsible for overseeing recruitment & selection in the organization including the implementation hiring plans and ensuring that the organization attracts and recruits suitable applicants for identified vacancies. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in recruitment, preferably with working knowledge of competency based targeted selection process and in running an assessment center as a trained assessor.
