BSS (Business Support Systems) is part of the IT Division and is responsible for future development of systems like CRM, Billing provisioning and mediation. Reporting to Manager Enterprise Architect, the candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, ensuring quality solution design and development followed by smooth deployment and implementation. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in computer sciences along with 2-3 years of solid knowledge of Telco environments and business processes and their automation like customer services. Sales and Marketing processes relevant to BSS domain. Development  experience in SIEBEL, TIBCO and Geneva would be a plus.
