We seek to induct experienced Project Managers with professionals experience of 8-10 years. We require such individuals to play leadership roles for our rapidly growing Business Process Outsourcing client base.

The candidates should have the following profile:

• Masters in computer science or an MBA with experience of managing multiple project teams including BPO operations HR, IT software, development, and is required to have worked in a management role within such an environment for at least 3 years.

• Would be responsible for managing the project information, ensuring project execution and timely delivery of project requirements in a deadline environment. Should be familiar with Project management methodologies and best practices.

• You will be required to work closely with an established BPO project team, liaising with senior client management. IT and Technical team leads and business stakeholders to develop a clear vision for BPO Outsourcing services and strategic understanding at the leadership level.

• Professional communication and client relationship management skills are mandatory.

• In addition to project leadership you will be expected to play a key role, in business development, proposal development understanding and delivering critical client requirements and have good analytical skills.
