Tender Notice

Sealed bids are invited from firms / companies of good repute or their authorized agents for "RFID based access control system monitoring and attendance system of HEC employees, based on 125Khz Proximity Cards Technology".

Bidder must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Interested firms/companies of are required to obtain the details RFP payment of Rs. 200/- each from the office of the Finance Division of HEC on any working day. Bid Security 2% of the tender amount (refundable) in the shape of Bank Draft/Pay Order in favour of D.G (Finance) must be attached with the Bid. Last date for submission of the tender is July 24, 2007 at 1430 hours and tender will be opened on the same day at 15:00 hours in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives. HEC reserves the right to accept/reject any tender wholly or partially without assigning any reason.
