Applications are invited from well reputed firms for pre-qualification for Supply and Installation of Lift Elevator for Passengers/Cargo at our new NCP Complex.

Interested candidates are required to send their applications along with the following details / documents:

Applications shall include the following details

Name and address of the firm with telephone and fax number.
Profile of the firm along with list of full time technical staff.
Detail of workshop / manufacturing facilities available along with the address of the workshop.
Income tax and Sales tax registration number / certificate.
Bank statement / certificate that the firm has sufficient resources to undertake the job of this volume / magnitude.
Detail / list of similar projects executed in the last five years along with the scope of work, contract period, contract cost and completion cost.
List of projects in hand.
Certificate from the clients that the job has been completed satisfactorily.
Affidavit regarding non-involvement in any arbitration / litigation with any government agency / department.
Any other department or information which is considered necessary for pre-qualification.

Sealed applications with above particulars and supporting documents should reach the undersigned on or before July 20, 2007 positively. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. Any query may be clarified on telephone number 2601018 during working hours (08:30 - 16:30) except Saturday and Sunday. Short listed firms may be required to give a presentation to prove their capabilities, expertise and resources available with them to undertake the job prior to pre-qualification. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the applications with out assigning any reason.
