OFFICE ACCOMMODATION REQUIRED

Infrastructure Project Development Facility (IPDF), a company incorporated by Ministry of Finance under Companies Ordinance 1984, requires office accommodation in commercial area of Islamabad.  The accommodation should :

• Preferably be located in F, E, G-6, G-5 or other suitable non residential area.

• Have at least 6000 sq ft of covered area

• Preferably be located away from busy shopping area.

• Have convenient Car Parking space for up to 20 vehicles.

Interested owners/property agent(s) should send the sealed proposals in terms of rental expressed as rate per sq ft and the tenure of lease within 15 days of advertisement to the following address supported by Drawings indicating Floor Plan/layout, Toilets, Corridor, Staircase etc with relevant details.  The property agent(s) proposals should be supported by written consent from the owner.  IPDF reserves the right to reject or accept any or all of the proposals without assigning any reason.
