Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF) is the leading institution for direct poverty reduction intervention in the country. Set up as a fully autonomous private sector institution, PPAF enjoys facilitation and support from the Government of Pakistan, the World Bank and other international donors.

The outreach of PPAF now extends throughout Pakistan and its microcredit, community physical infrastructure, drought mitigation, health and education interventions have expanded to over 27,000 villages of the country.

PPAF invites applications from dynamic professionals for the following key position:

General Manager - Human and Institutional Development

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the incumbent  will be responsible for development and implementation of capacity building initiatives for civil society institutions and communities. Will methodically conduct need assessment, evaluate funding proposals, supervise human and institutional development initiatives and coordinate training activities. Will also be responsible for the administration of the unit. A good understanding of the unit. A good understanding of social/community mobilization process will be a plus.

QUALIFICATION - Candidates will be atleast Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration and/or Social Sciences with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
