Re-launching of Companies

Easy Exit Scheme (CEES) Year 2007

Dormant private and un-listed public companies having no assets and liabilities and not carrying on business, may avail the easy-to-follow exit facility by applying in simple prescribed format and get their names struck off the register of companies.

This facility, however, is not available for companies formed under any licensing regime.

All interested companies may avail the above easy exit facility from July 15, 2007 to November 15, 2007.
