The Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab invites the Technical and financial proposals for establishing recreational facilities, containing state-of-the-art electronics indoor games / other facilities at its Patriata Chairlift and sky Ride Resort. This facility proposed to be set up in an existing Hall having an areas of 4000 Sq.feet, situated at the Patriata Resort Base Station. The Patriata Resort is very well frequented by tourists in thousand of numbers daily, through the year. The addition of Such entertainment facilities would be a great attraction for tourists especially, families.

• Only registered firms having an experience of 8 to10 years  in similar activities already running such facilities in Pakistan, may apply.
• The technical bids should contain company experience, technical and other human resource available, management plan along with the kind of gadgetry that they propose in install at the said facility as well as the entire safeguard plan that they propose against possibility of any accident.
• The financial bids must contain the overall financial position of the firm, substantiated by bank statements as well as income tax returns. The financial bids must also contain the lease/rental money  that they propose to pay to the TDCP per annum. for a period of 3 to 5 years. The proposals/ bids should reach the office of the Regional Manager, TDCP Rawalpindi Office within one month of the publication of this advertisement in the newspaper.
